MRU Academic Advising Week Campaign 

Academic Advising Week is an annual event hosted by Mount Royal University. This year, it launched on February 25 with the Majors and Minors fair, which is an opportunity for students to experience the different kinds of programs offered by MRU. For this project, I revitalized the outdated design of the digital and print advertising campaign assets. 


I wanted to create something more relevant and engaging for students, so I settled on creating a visual reference to the classic video game Tetris. The final design was posted around campus as physical posters and on various digital signage screens. I also created digital versions for the MyMRU portal and the MRU website. The digital versions of this design received over 1500 clicks in the first week, making it the most engaging piece during the campaign’s run.
